How long does it take to have a pair of chaps made?
Answer:
6-8 weeks from the time your order is complete. (call for exact time frame)

How long does it take to have custom clothes made?
Answer:
5-6 weeks from the time your order is complete. (call for exact time frame)

What is the deposit on a custom order?
Answer:
A 50% down-payment is required before the start of a custom order with the remainder due upon completion.

What if my chaps or clothes do not fit?
Answer:

If your chaps or clothes do not fit upon receipt of them, please, contact Woods' Western within 30 days for alterations.

Woods' Western measured me..

  • No charge for alterations when chaps or clothes are sent back within 30 days of your receipt
  • Adjustments will be made until they fit

I sent in my measurements..

  • Adjustments will be made until they fit
  • Alteration charges are half price when the chaps or clothes are sent within 30 days of your receip

Shipping is Non-Refundable
A 6% restocking fee will be charged on returns of ready-made (stock) items.
How long do alterations take?
Answer:
You should plan for them to be at Wood's Western for three weeks.

What is the order time for custom saddles?
Answer:
Approximately 12 weeks.

Do you take trade-ins on saddles?
Answer:
Yes we do, please contact us for more information.

What do you have in stock for immediate delivery?
Answer:
Show apparel, chaps, tack, saddles, saddle blankets and much much more..

How do you ship and how quick can I get a delivery?
Answer:
We use UPS and Overnight, 2 Day, 3 Day or Ground orders received early enough in the day will ship the same business day.
