Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
- Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
- We ship all in-stock standard orders within 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
- Orders received after 2 pm PST will be shipped out the following business day. If you need the item sooner please call us at 1-800-843-7718 and we can expedite your shipping to 3 Day, 2 Day, or Overnight.
- Your order may come from one or more of our warehouses and may arrive in multiple packages.
- If we are at a show you will be contacted about the shipping time frame, as all our stock is not in shop at the time.
- Custom orders generally ship within 4-12 weeks, depending on the item. This timeframe is subject to change. If, for some reason, your order will take longer than usual to arrive you will be contacted by a Woods’ Western team member.
Return Policy
- All refused shipments are subject to a 3% restocking fee and original shipping cost fee.
- Shipping fees related to international refusals are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Sales of custom items and sale items are final.
If your custom chaps, chinks or apparel do not fit they may be returned for alterations.
